Job Description :
HanaV Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with 4-5 years of expertise in precision machining for industries such as aerospace, medical, and general engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CNC programming, tooling selection, and process optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T to create precise machining programs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and cycle time.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to optimize machining processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements for aerospace, medical, and general engineering applications.
- Conduct test runs and first-article inspections to validate programs before full production.
- Maintain CNC program files, setup sheets, and documentation for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of CNC programming experience in aerospace, medical, or precision machining industries.
- Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and post-processing.
- Experience with high-precision machining and tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with materials like aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and exotic alloys.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 13485, or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
