Job Description :
We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to manage and coordinate manufacturing projects from planning to final delivery. The candidate will work closely with production, engineering, quality, procurement, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor manufacturing projects from start to completion
- Manage project timelines, production schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time production and customer delivery
- Understand customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Identify project delays, risks, and production issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate material, tooling, manpower, and other project requirements
- Track quality, cost, delivery, and overall project performance
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams
Requirements :
- 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing/project management
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools
- Experience in CNC machining, fabrication, die casting, or similar manufacturing operations will be an advantage
